If that 'person' is a human being, then they are scientifically built to love and enjoy any form of love, care and affection.

No human truly hates being loved.

But certain people get used to not ever been shown that love and affection, which makes them immune (numb) to it. Thus, when we express such feelings to them, they cringe and put their guards on.

Although, this habit can be changed, they are generally referred to as 'cold' or 'heartless'. In modern lingo, they could be called a 'zombie' or a 'loner'.

But it'd be best if we never said these words to them. No matter how much one hates being loved, being called such cruel words hurt a lot.
