Symptoms :-

Angina feels like squeezing, pressure, heaviness, tightness or pain in the chest. It can be sudden or recur over time.

Treatments :-

Treatment consists of beta blockers and anti-anginal medications.

Angina pain may even feel like indigestion. But, angina is not a disease. It is a symptom of an underlying heart problem, usually coronary heart disease (CHD). There are many types of angina, including microvascular angina, Prinzmetal's angina, stable angina, unstable angina and variant angina.

This causes symptoms of angina and is a sign that your heart needs to rest. The key difference between angina and a heart attack is that angina is the result of narrowed (rather than blocked) coronary arteries. This is why, unlike a heart attack, angina does not cause permanent heart damage.

Most heart attacks happen suddenly when one of the arteries leading to the heart becomes blocked and cuts off the blood flow. Without oxygen, the heart muscles start to die. Heart failure, on the other hand, usually develops gradually.

Your body gets less oxygen, and you might notice symptoms like shortness of breath, swelling in your legs, and fluid buildup. Your body tries to keep the blood it has to supply your heart and brain. This leaves less for organs like your kidneys and liver. A lack of enough blood can damage these organs.
