Herb -

Very small plants.

They are about 3 feet in height.

They have soft and green stem.

Examples - all vegetables, grasses and many flowering plants.

 

Shrubs -

Medium sized plants.

Having height of 3-7 feet.

They are bushy and have hardy stem.

Examples - rose, bougainvillea, cotton plants.

 

Trees -

Trees are tall and large plants.

They have long and woody stem.

Examples - Neem, Mango, Peepal, and Apple.

Herb- A flowering plant whose stem above ground does not become woody is called Herb .

Shrub- A woody plant which is smaller than a tree and has several main stems arising at or near the ground is called Shrub .

Tree- A green cover of the planet (Eart) is called Tree .
