Heart is the main circulatory organ present in the human which is in the size of clenched fist
Heart consists of four chambers:-
2 atria,2 ventricles-they are right and left respectively
Heart is muscular and is myogenic in nature which means it can generate its own rhythms of contraction.
There are 2 valves in heart they are :-
1.Tricuspid valve- prevents backflow of blood into atrium when ventricle contracts
2.Bicuspid valve- same function as tricuspid valve
Ventricles have much thick muscular valve than atria as they help in contraction.
