we know that India is a democratic country and have its well defined constitution which states the basic rights of every citizen if any of the rules are broken or destroyed then it is called human rights violation.

one of the fundamental right is right against exploitation which clearly states that children below the age of 14 are not allowed to work as a child labour but still we see some child working in hotel or restaurant. still untouchability is prevelant in many regions of india. the laws of the country can only be useful for the mankind when it would be implemented properly
