Define Hypothermia

{\huge{\underline{\bold{ \purple{\tt{Answer}}}}}}

Abnormally low body temperature. Someone who falls asleep in a cold temperature may become hypothermic, and the condition can be fatal. Hypothermia is intentionally produced to slow the metabolism during some types of surgery.

Causes of Hypothermia :-

✏Hypothermia is caused by prolonged exposures to very cold temperatures. When exposed to cold temperatures, your body begins to lose heat faster than it's produced.

✏Lengthy exposures will eventually use up your body's stored energy, which leads to lower body temperature.

Early signs of Hypothermia :-

✏Early signs of hypothermia, usually seen at a body core temperature between 32 and 35 degrees Celsius (C.) include: fatigue, slow gait, apathy, slurred speech, confusion, shivering, cool skin, a cold sensation, and muscle weakness
