in hypotonic solution the concentration of water is high . if the cell is store in hypotonic solution then it will swall up
In hypertonic solution the concentration of water level is low so the cell will get shrink
jn isotonic solution it takes place but not seen.

Hey,
HYPOTONIC SOLUTION - It is the solution in which the solute concentration is higher inside the cell and water concentration is high outside it. So the water molecules will move from higher to lower concentration,i.e from outside to inside , will lead to the swelling up of cell.
HYPERTONIC SOLUTION - It is the solution in which the solute concentration is higher outside the cell and water concentration is high inside it. So the water molecules will move from higher to lower concentration ,I. e from inside to outside, will lead to the shrinking of the cell contents.
ISOTONIC SOLUTION - It is the solution having same solute concentrations and same water concentrations (both outside and inside same). So in this case, no osmosis will take place and there will be no change in the structure of the cell.
Hope this helps you buddy!!
Take care always :):)
