Commutative Property for Addition means Jumbling up the numbers in any order. For example= 4+2=2+4

Commutative property only applies for Addition and Multiplication.

now take any two rational numbers, add them separately by changing their order and see if their sums are equal or not.

therefore for any two rational numbers A and B, a+b=b+a
