Hello guys, Namaste
Denitrification is the conversion of organic nitrogen compounds by nitrifying bacteria in the soil ,for example, Ammonia into nitrates, which can be absorbed by plants. Ammonia is first converted to nitrates by Nitrosomonas bacteria and the nitrites to nitrates by Nitrobacter species.
