Surface tension is defind as the force acting across the surface per unit of surface length perpendicular to the force.its unit is Newton per meter (N/m). Viscosity is the internal friction in a fluid.

units. Surface tension, represented by the symbol γ (alternatively σ or T), is measured in force perunit length. Its SI unit is newton per meter but the cgsunit of dyne per centimeter is also used
Velocity is a physical vector quantity; both magnitude and direction are needed to define it. The scalar absolute value (magnitude) of velocityis called speed, being a coherent derived unit whose quantity is measured in the SI (metric system) as metres per second (m/s) or as the SI base unit of (m⋅s−1).
