Hypertext: Hyper text is the text used to link various web pages. It is the text on a web page which on clicking opens a new web page.

Mark-up: It means highlighting the text either by underlining or displaying it in different colours or both.

Language: It refers to the mode of communication between web pages. Java/HTML has its own syntax and rules.

Hypertext:

Hypertext is text displayed on a computer display or other electronic devices with references to other text that the reader can immediately access, or where text can be revealed progressively at multiple levels of detail. 

Mark up :

Mark up refers to the value that a player adds to the cost price of a product. The value added is called the mark- up.

Language:

It is the mode of communication between web pages.
