Indicator are of 3 types....

1. olfactory indicators = those indicators which changes it smells on adding of acidic or basic substance.

ex= onions, cloves,vanilla

2. natural indicators = indicators provided by nature.

ex= red cabbage,hibiscus,turmeric

3. man made indicators= indicators which made in industries .

ex = methyl orange,phenolpthalin
