Industry:
An industry is a group of manufacturers or businesses that produce a particular kind of goods or services. Workers in the textile industry design, fabricate, and sell cloth.
Analytical industry:
- In analytical industry, the raw material is broken down into several useful materials.
- These industries are concerned with the processing of raw-materials through different stages of production. Textiles, steel, etc. may be mentioned as examples of processing industry.
Genetic industries:
- Genetic industries are those industries which are engaged in re-production and multiplication of species of plants and animals with the sole objective of sale.
- These industries are engaged in activities such as animal breeding, cattle breeding, etc. Dairying is an example of genetic industry.
