Define inertia. does it depend on the mass of the body? how will you use this inertia to:

a.dust a carpet?

b.remove water drop[s from wet clth?

inertia= it is inability of a body to remain in it's uniform state after applying force , or it could be said that it is the ability of a body to stay In rest.it does depend upon mass as f=mg
when carpet is hit with a stick then dust particles come out from the carpet
also when wet clothes are wrung then water droplets come out of it.
these two statements shows Newton's third law of motion which means every action has equal and opposite reaction.
