Inertia of rest: A body which is rest continues to be in rest unless acted upon by an external force.

Inertia of motion: A body in motion continues to be in motion unless acted upon by an external force.

Inertia of motion: A body in motion  in a specific direction continues to be in motion in that direction unless acted upon by an external force to change the direction.
