ionization enthalpy:
it is a process in which an electrone is removed from an atom and the energy required to remove an electrone is called it's ionization enthalpy
beryllium is having grater ionization enthalpy than lithium and boron because beryllium is having stable electronic configaration and it is tough to remove an electrone from stable atom as compare no non stable atom
hence beryllium is having grater ionization enthalpy than lithium
