Pitch - It is the characteristic of sound which distinguishes a sharp sound from a flat one

Loudness - It is the characteristics of the sound which differentiates a loud sound from a faint one

Pitch is basically how high or low a sound is...Higher pitch has higher frequency and lower pitch has lower frequency

loudness is how loud the sound is.It depends upon the intensity of sound.The unit of loudness is decibel..
