Isomerism the relation the relation between two chemical compounds which are formed of different atoms of the same kind with the same composition which differ only in the orientations.
Two types of isomerism found in coordination compounds are -
-Stereoisomerism - It is the isomerism in which two compounds have the same atoms which are arranged in different positions.
-Structural isomerism - In this type of isomerism, in which there is an exchange of the cationic and anionic part among the isomers.
Eg.
[PtBr(NH3)3]NO2
[Pt(NO2)(NH3)3]Br
