Dusty squalls that are followed by thunderstorms and heavy rains during summer in West Bengal are known as kal baisakhi. These occur prior to the onset of south west monsoon in the month of April-May.

Explanation:

KAAL BAISAKHI

These are the local thunderstorms associated with violent winds, torrential downpours, often accompanied by hail. They occur in West Bengal.

MANGO SHOWERS

Mango showers is the name of the pre-monsoon showers in Karnataka, Kerala, Konkan and Goa that help in the ripening of mangoes. They are also known as April rains or summer showers. The reason of the Mango Showers is thunderstorms over the Bay of Bengal. These summer rains normally come in the second half of the month of April, though the arrival is difficult to predict. The showers prevent the mangoes from dropping prematurely from trees and are crucial for the mango cultivators of South India.

LOO

These are strong, gusty, hot, dry winds blowing during the day over the North and North-Western India.
