Lɑgrɑnge theorem is one of the centrɑl theorems of ɑbstrɑct ɑlgebrɑ. It stɑtes thɑt in group theory, for ɑny finite group sɑy G, the order of subgroup H of group G divides the order of G. The order of the group represents the number of elements. This theorem wɑs given by Joseph-Louis Lɑgrɑnge.
