Animals are divided into 4 categories on the basis of their organisation :

))=> cellular organisation the animal body is formed of loose arranged cell aggregates but the cells show no coordination to form tissues example sponges in the division of labour a occurs at cellular level.

))=> tissue organisation the animal body is formed of many cells which coordinates for the specific function and form four types of tissues example epithelial tissue connective tissue, muscular tissue and nervous tissue examples coelentrates like Hydra and ctenophores.

))=> organ level Organisation in this, tissues coordinate to form organs to perform specific function example Platyhelminthes.

))=> organ system organisation the body is multicellular and organs co-ordinate to form systems, IIT specialised for a specific function example from roundworms to mammals.
