Malnutrition is a condition/disease which occurs due to the lack of nutrition in our body. It can occur either due to eating less nutrient-rich foods or by skipping a lot of meals, eating less etc. A person with malnutrition will look thin and weak, and will get tired easily. A person with severe form of malnutrition is said to have a disorder called Marasmus. We can cure it by eating plenty of nutrient-rich foods and eating at regular timings daily.
