Mass is a measure of the amount of material in an object, weight is the gravitational force acting on a body (although for trading purposes it is taken to mean the same as mass), force is a measure of the interaction between bodies and load usually means the force exerted on a surface or body.

Answer:

Mass

Mass is the amount of matter contained in a body. The SI unit of mass is Kilogram; the sum multiples of Kilogram are gram and milligram while its multiples are quintal and metric-tons.

Weight

Weight is the force with which the earth pulls a body towards its center. The SI unit of weight is Newton, but it is also measured in Kilogram-force or gram-force.
