mass of the body refers to the mass of human whereas weight of body is the mass of body and gravity which act upon it
so mass is m and weight is mg
where g is constant of 9.8m/s^2

mass is the actual amount of matter in a body...And weight is nothing but the the gravitational force exerted by the gravity on the body.....Simply if u want to find the weight of a body then multiply its mass by gravitational acceleration that is 'g'...... because weight=gravitational force exerted on the body
weight=m × g.......since force=mass × acceleration due to gravity..
