Consider a body of mass “m” having initial velocity “u”. Let after time “t” its final velocity becomes “v” due to uniform acceleration “a”. This is the first equation of motion.

Explanation:

the initial velocity of the body=u

time=t

final velocity=v

a(acceleration)=v-u/t

or,v-u=at

or,v=u+at (proved)

in 2nd laws of motion F=ma

and from v=u+at

F=m(v-u/t)
