Anything which occupy space and have mass is known as matter . Characteristics of matters :-
1)PARTICLES HAVE SPACE BETWEEN THEM.
2) PARTICLES ARE CONTINUOUSLY MOVING.
3)PARTICLES ATTRACT EACH OTHER.
