Maturation is an important factor which influences learning. Maturation is a natural process. For maturation an external stimulus is not necessary and its sequence is biologically predetermined. On the other hand, learning is a change in the individual.
Maturation involves changes that are associated with normal growth. Learning, on the other hand, is a change in the individual which is not on account of genetic inheritance. It is a process which takes place as a result of stimuli from without.
Answer: Maturity is the ability to judge between what is good and what is bad for us. Maturity comes through life experiences when we are broke not by age. If one does not learn from his/her expereiences then he/she may look mature physically but internally such people are weak.
