The temperature at which a liquid starts to boil is called its melting point.The temperature increases rapidly on the temperature reaches boiling point.

Melting point: The temperature at which a solid melts to become a liquid on heating.

Process: When a solid is heated, the kinetic particles in it start to gain energy and will start vibrating at high speed. At this temparature the solid melts to become a liquid.
