Metals. Metals are opaque, lustrous elements that are good conductors of heat and electricity. Most metals are malleable and ductile and are, in general, denser than the other elemental substances. For Example

Iron, copper, aluminium, gold etc.

Non metals are found in abundance in nature. They are mainly found in the earth's crust atmosphere and ocean of the earth. Hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen ,chlorine, phosphorus, Sulphur etc are non metals.
