metals: they are malleable, sonorous, and found in left hand side of periodic table, they show high amount of metallic nature.
non metals: they are not malleable, sonorous and ductile and found in right side of periodic table.
metalloids: they donot show malleability, ductility, they may have shiny or dull appearance , they are found in middle of the periodic table.
Metals-solid,hard in nature,metallic and covalent bond is present,high boiling and melting point,sonorous,lustre,ductile,malleable, good conductor of electricity,react with acid and Base.
Nonmetals-solid,gas,liquid,soft,low boiling and melting point,bad conductors of electricity,does not react with acid and Base.
Metalloids-show some properties of metal and other properties of non metal...
