minerals: is an element or chemical compound that is normally crystalline and that has been formed as a result of geological processes
ore: a naturally occurring solid material from which a metal or a valuable material can be extracted profitably
flux : a substance used to refine metals by combining with impurities to form a molten mixture that can be readily removed.

MINERALS : The elements or compounds of the metals which occur in nature in the Earth's crust are called MINERALS.

ORE : The minerals from which metals are extracted without age economical loss are called ORES.

FLUX : FLUX is a substance added to the ore to remove the gangue (dirt) from it by reacting with the ore.
