Answer:

Molarity and molality are both measures of concentration of solutions. One is the ratio of moles to volume of the solution and the other is the ratio of molesto the mass of the solution.

Molality is better than the molarity concentration in chemistry praCtical calculation because Concentrations in molality (moles of solute per kilograms of solvent) are independent of temperature and pressure whereas concentrations in molarity (moles of solute per total volume of solution in liters) are not.

Explanation:

Molality is no of moles of solute dissolved in 1kg of solvent. While Molarity is no of moles of solute dissolved per litre of solution. As Molality involves mass and molarity involves volume…. As volume changes with temperature but mass doesn't……that's why Molality is preferred over molarity to express concentration.Molarity is number of moles per unit volume of the solution and molality is number of moles per unit mass of solvent.

Volume is temperature dependent where as mass is constant at all temperatures.

So, molality remains constant but molarity changes with temperature. Hence , molality is preferred over molarity.

Answer:-

Molality Is Better Than Morality

Explanation

As we know that

\begin{lgathered}Molarity = \frac{Number \: of \: mole}{Volume \: of \: solution} \\\end{lgathered}

and

\begin{lgathered}Molality = \frac{Number \: of \: mole}{Weight \: of \: solvent} \\\end{lgathered}

so we observe that in the molarity ,volume factor came the also according to the Charles Law

V \: \: \alpha \: \: T

means that the molarity can change on changing the temperature but in molality there is no such factor which changes with the change in external environment

Conclusion:-

Molality is better than molarity because molarity varies with temperature means we get different value of molarity at different temperatures.....
