MOLARITY refers to the no. of moles of solute present in 1 L of solution. It is denoted by 'M'.

MOLALITY refers to the no. of moles of solute present in 1 kg of solvent. It is denoted by 'm'.

Effect of temperature :

temperature has no effect on MOLALITY but it affects MOLARITY since it involves the volume of solution, which in turn gets affected in a change in temperature.

Thanks
