Molarity= No of moles of solute/ volume of solution in litre

No of moles= mass in gram / molecular mass

= 8/(1×23)+(1×16)+(1×1)

=8/(23+16+1)

=8/40

= 0.2

volume of solution in litre= 250/1000=0.25litre

therefore,

Molarity = 0.2/0.25= 0.8

ANSWER IS 0.8
