it is defined as the no of moles of solute in 1 litre of solution. it is inversely proportional to temperature that is as temp increases the molarity decreases.

The molarity of a solute is indicated by writing it's molecular formula inside a square bracket. For example, [NaCl]= 1 means the molarity of the solution of common salt is 1 M (1 molar).
