Mole is the SI unit of the amount of substance. Its symbol is 'mol'. Capital M or small m is not the correct symbol. One mole contains exactly 6.022×10²³ elementary entities. This number is the fixed numerical value of the Avogadro constant, Nₐ, when expressed in the unit mol⁻¹ and is called the Avogadro number. As one mole consists of 6.022×10²³ particles or atoms, we can conclude that 100g of magnesium has more atoms.

Answer:
a) Mole- A mole is defined as 6.02214076 × 1023 of some chemical unit, be it atoms, molecules, ions, or others. The mole is a convenient unit to use because of the great number of atoms, molecules, or others in any substance.
