Hi friend,

Motion:- The change in position of an object with respect to a reference point in changing time is called motion.

Rest:- Rest is a state of motion when the object has zero velocity and zero acceleration.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU:-))

sbhumi17: thx for your answer
Anonymous: my pleasure :-)
