Motion is a state of object in which an object is moved and not in rest.
Uniform motion is a motion in which an object moves with equal speed and at equal intervals.
Non-uniform motion is a motion in which a object moves at unequal speed and at unequal distances.

Movement of any object from one position to another position with respect to the observer is called as Motion.
If an object is travelling with uniform motion, it is moving in a straight line at a constant speed.
For example:- when a car travels at a constant speed, the driving force from the engine is balanced by the resistive forces such as air resistance and frictional forces in the car's moving parts.
A body is said to be in a non-uniform motion if it travels unequal distances in equal intervals of time.
Non - Uniform motion is also known as accelerated motion.
For Example :- Oscillation of pendulum, the motion of a train, a person jogging in the park etc.
