when any force applied by using of muscles like arms or legs is known as muscular force . Example :- if you lift a brick from ground , then your muscles do work for lifting it hence, here muscular force applied by arms.

Mechanical force is a force between two objects which require physical contact with each other.

An example of a mechanical force is someone pushing a door.
