Nagar Palika for population of less than 5 lakh population, where as Nagar Nigam when the population of the particular city goes beyond 5 lakh then Nagar Nigam will be created. However I don’t know about Nagar Parishad. Probably Delhi is having all these Nagar palika, Nagar Nigam and Nagar Parishad.
