The Normal view is the default view, and the main editing view that you see to create a presentation. This view has three parts.

The Slide Navigation pane displays thumbnails of all the slides in your presentation. You can move, add, or delete the slides in this pane. Click the thumbnail of the slide to view it in the Slide pane.

The Slide pane displays an enlarged view of the current slide. this is your work area. You add text, pictures, SmartArt, sounds, movies, etc., to your slide here.

The Notes pane is used to type notes relevant to a particular slide in a presentation. You can refer to this notes for that slide while giving your presentation.
