a current of one amperr is said to be flow in the circuit when one coloumb of charge is flowing in one second through the circuit.

I = q/t

q = 1C

t = 1 sec

I = 1/1

I = 1 ampere

Answer:

One ampere can be defined as the unit of electric current and that is equal to the flow of one coulomb of charges per second. Hence, we can say that, one ampere current is the movement of 6.24×1018electrons in a second. Ampere is one of the basic units of the SI system.

Hope it helps u
