ajaybittu: an ampere is a si unit of current which is defined as the rate of flow of charges. 1amp of current means one coloumb of charge flowibg through a conductor in 1sec

when 1 coulomb of charge flows through any cross section of a conductor in 1 second then it is know as 1 amphere . 1A=1C/1S
