an order of magnitude estimate of a variable whose precise value is unknown is an estimate rounded to the nearest power of 10 .

example : an order of magnitude estimate for a variable between about 3 billion and 30 billion such as the (human population of the Earth) is 10 billion .

maybe it's helpful for you ☺️☺️☺️

Your Answer is,:-

The order of magnitude is the power of 10 a number is raised to when it's in scientific notation. For example, the order of magnitude for 19,400 would be 4. This is because when we convert it into scientific notation, 1.94×104, the 10 is being raised to the 4th power.

Hope it works.
