☩ The Skull ☩

♼The skull is made up of 22 Bones. The Skull is a bony structure consisting of two main parts :-

  • Brain Box. Or,
  • Cranium and Facial Bones. Or,
  • Mandible.

♼The Brain Box is the upper portion of the skull. It consists of 8 Flat bones interlocked together that enclose the delicate brain inside.

♼Other 14 Bones form the structure of Face. All the bones in the skull are fixed except the lower Jaw.

♼Lower Jaw is Movable in the skull which enables us to talk and eat.
