Pasteurization is the process of heat processing a liquid or a food to kill pathogenic bacteria to make the food safe to eat.
it is done with the milk which comes in packets. The milk is heated up at very high temperature and then is is suddenly cooled down to temperature like -1 degree celsius. this prevents and stops the growth of bacterias in the milk.
