Pathogens are the disease causing microorganisms that enter in our body and makes us diseased. They're the ones which causes our body to function differently and not properly. For example: Salmonella typhii is a pathogen that causes us to suffer from typhoid.
Food Preservation is a process by which foods are preserved so as to keep it pure and eatable for long hours. There are certain process of food Preservation by which we can keep the food away from pathogens. Some of them are: Sterilization, Pasteurisation etc.
