photo tropism is the movement of plants towards or away from the sunlight due to the action of light on plant.

geotropism means the moment due to the earths gravity for example movement of root towards earth.

the movement due to the water is said to be hydrotropism

the moment due to the external stimuli as touch is said to be thigmotropism.ex touch me not plant.
