It is taken during primary and secondary education and encourages psychomotor learning in a play or movement exploration setting to promote health.

- Goal Setting - Setting Short term goals ( achievable within 6 months to 1 year), Mid-term goals ( achievable within 1 year to 3 years ) and Long-term goals (achievable within 5 years to 10 years )

- Enthusiasm.
