Planning is the process of thinking about the activities required to achieve a desired goal. It involves the creation and maintenance of a plan. It can also be thinking in advance what is to be done, when it is to be done and how it is to be done and by whom ii should be done. It brings the gap between where we are standing today and where we want to reach.
